Uniquely You

When I meet someone for the first time, I will usually put them through the drill of 50 questions. It’s not really 50 questions, but I’m sure it seems like it if you’re on the receiving end of it! When I do this, it drives my kids crazy. They feel as though I’m being too forward or that I’m being “creepy.” But truthfully, this is my way of getting to know and understand that person better. It even helps me to identify any commonalities we may have.

At one of our leader retreats in Minnesota, we had a guest speaker that put us through an exercise that I found very interesting. The exercise helped to identify experiences and goals in your life that are unique to you. Things that help you communicate to a complete stranger who you are and what you’re about – in just a few short minutes.

Below is a list of my own unique experiences; of which I am continually expanding and adding on to.
