Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA, Next Generation Wireless, Inc. (NGW) is required to notify employees about the categories of personal information collected and the purpose of its use.

  • Personal Records – Emergency contacts, dependent information, bank account info for payroll.

  • Health & Safety Information –Medical leave, disability accommodations. 
  • Network Activity – Use of company devices, logins, or software activity logs.
