He also helped me transfer all of my data and settings to my new phone and installed a new screen protector for me. He was great!

My husband and I received OUTSTANDING service today from two associates at your location inside College Square Mall. We had been procrastinating on getting upgraded phones. William R. was extremely helpful at looking through the special offers that applied to us. We’ve been customers of U.S. Cellular for nearly two decades. He guided me to the best phone options as well as a tablet. He was warm and didn’t rush us through everything. He even taught me how to use my new purchases! He inspired confidence. My husband was not available during the day so we returned that evening to upgrade his phone. We were assisted by Ryan and he too was knowledgeable and accommodating. He helped my husband select a new phone case and gave us business cards letting us know to reach out to either he or Will with any questions or future needs. We will certainly recommend these two gentlemen to our friends!
