This past year has taught me the value of adaptability in fast-changing environments. Professionally, it’s been a year of growth and reflection, challenging me to step outside my comfort zone and embrace new opportunities for development.

NGW has been so much more than a workplace—it’s been a place to learn, grow, and push creative boundaries. As a marketing professional, I’ve had the privilege to tell our story, celebrate our people, and witness the incredible impact we make in our communities. I couldn’t be more proud to be part of such meaningful growth and success!

This past year reminded me that there’s always room to grow — both personally and professionally. It’s been a challenging but rewarding journey, pushing me to improve, adapt, and come out stronger on the other side.

My career here at NGW has been an incredible journey. I’ve grown not just in my career, but as a person—surrounded by a team that feels more like family and a company that truly values making a difference.

This past year reinforced my passion for continuous learning and problem-solving. As a sales leader, I’ve embraced new challenges that sharpened my skills, fueled professional growth, and allowed me to contribute to our team’s success in exciting new ways.

This year taught me that with focus and determination, obstacles in sales can be overcome. Professionally, I’ve realized that my success is driven by my own actions and the goals I set for myself.

This past year has been all about growth — for both NGW and myself. As the organization expanded, I’ve learned the importance of “growing with the flow,” supporting smooth transitions, and keeping people at the heart of every step while stepping up as a leader among my peers.

This past year, I’ve enjoyed learning new tasks like helping with inventory and finding more ways to support the store. It’s meant a lot to be able to step up when needed, take on more responsibility, and be someone the team can count on.

Over the past year, I’ve learned new ways to pitch products and boost my sales. I’ve really focused on growing in my role and pushing myself to be the best I can be.

This year, I even picked up a golf tip—check which way the flag leans to help read the break on your putt… took a few strokes off my game with that one! Professionally, I’ve come to truly appreciate the power of a committed team. It’s been a joy leading a group that puts their heart into everything they do.

Over the past year, I’ve learned that in this industry, there’s always something new to pick up every day. It’s been great growing alongside an amazing team—seeing my coworkers succeed and sharing advice with each other has made the experience even more rewarding.

This past year, I’ve learned so much about the cell phone business—especially new sales techniques and how to build orders and direct fulfillments the right way. It’s been a great opportunity to do work I enjoy and grow in a field I’m passionate about. I’m excited for what’s ahead!

Over the past year, I’ve seen how committed this company is to growing its people, even as we continue to expand. Building strong relationships with customers as a BIR specialist has really shown me the value of this role and helped me grow both personally and professionally.

This past year taught me how to roll with change and keep growing. I’ve learned a lot by supporting new team members and figuring out more about my own strengths and areas to improve. Taking feedback and reflecting on it has really helped me see challenges as chances to learn and get better.

I'm excited to be celebrating my 3rd anniversary with NGW and my 12th year with U.S. Cellular agents! This past year has taught me to embrace change and look forward to the future with optimism. I'm proud to work for a company that stands by its values, supports local communities, and is dedicated to helping others. It’s been a meaningful journey, and I’m grateful to be part of the NGW family!

This year has been a whirlwind of learning. While I’ve had sales experience before, the cell phone industry is unlike anything I’ve done. There’s always something new to learn, and I love that challenge. Professionally, this year has shown me how much I can grow and how strong I truly am. Despite some ups and downs, the positives have outweighed them. I’m grateful to be part of this amazing company and look forward to the years ahead.

The biggest lesson I learned this year is the value of building relationships. It's important to understand customer needs, offer value, and keep communication open. I’ve also learned the true meaning of being part of a great team; coming to work is a breeze with such awesome coworkers!

With new leadership in place, I've been able to boost my sales and gain a deeper understanding of the tools and resources US Cellular provides. My confidence in both sales and leading fellow associates has grown, and I'm excited to keep developing professionally with NGW.

The tech industry is always evolving, so I stay informed through training and collaboration with peers and managers. This year, I taught a tech class and several smaller events, sharing my knowledge with the community. Professionally, this experience provides a strong foundation for my career, whether with NGW, T-Mobile, or any future opportunities.

This past year has been the one I’ve been waiting for! When I joined the organization nine years ago, Bill shared his vision of exponential growth. While we’ve always seen progress, this was the year that vision truly became a reality. Being part of that journey has meant so much to me. I’m incredibly grateful to be a part of this team and for the trust Bill has placed in not just me, but all of us. Together, we achieved something amazing, and it wouldn’t have been possible without every member of our team. This year has pushed and challenged me in ways I never could have imagined, and I’m so proud of what we’ve accomplished.

As the organization has expanded over the past year, it has provided me with abundant opportunities to grow personally and professionally. This growth has allowed me to take on new responsibilities, develop new skills, and make necessary process improvements to increase efficiency. Although rapid growth can certainly bring its own challenges, the experience has been invaluable, allowing me to refine my problem-solving abilities and enhance my leadership skills. I am so proud to be a part of an organization that has a growth mindset and am looking forward to the future!

I couldn't have asked for a better first job right out of college. The valuable relationships I have made this past year have helped me grow my knowledge of the company. The support I have is also incredibly helpful when it comes to challenges that require extra help. I pride myself on being able to adapt to new/changing situations. With how fast NGW has grown since I have started, I feel that I have improved greatly on my ability to adapt to challenges.

This last year was very rewarding, especially with the successful customer outreach events I was able to run. Those events allowed me to get out and connect with people I otherwise pay not have had the opportunity too. Professionally, it showed me what I am capable of when I apply myself, and it has given me a new level of confidence.

This past year, building a team from the ground up has allowed me to create a culture I’m proud of. Our team genuinely enjoys coming to work, and the culture reflects their passion for their work and its impact. When the right culture meets an engaged team, it drives meaningful results.
